Digital Calendar

This project was done as a theoretical collaboration between LG and Peloton. Initially a group project, after focusing down product ideation, company details and a persona, each member was then put in charge of flushing out their own concept.

As a group, we had to lay out project goals, research the companies we were utilizing, build a persona, and come up with various product concepts. Once we split off into individual projects, we then had to flush out and expand upon our given concepts, and create a logo, packaging, and marketing for the concept.

I was assigned an idea for a digital calendar which could help build workout routines into a users schedule. I used AI to create some basic renders and ideas for UI design, sketched out some concepts for what the product may look like, and made a fully flushed out model in SolidWorks.

Ultimately, I’m happy with how the renders and design process turned out. The product was designed around the unmet needs of our persona, mainly a desire for more organization in his workout schedule, and building a community. The product met these needs by laying out workout plans throughout the week and creating new plans based on the users preference. It could also pull from Pelotons preexisting library of workout videos and programs, and the connectivity of those programs, to help introduce our persona to people like him. Overall, although this project had a few hiccups, I’m happy with the final deliverables.
